报错现象：
[oracle@sztech ~]$ expdp system/oracle directory=dump_dir dumpfile=dmpfile.dmp transport_tablespaces='tb1';

ORA-39006: internal error
ORA-39213: Metadata processing is not available

网上查了下，解决方法如下描述：
Cause: The Data Pump could not use the Metadata API. Typically, this is caused by the XSL stylesheets not being set up properly.
Action: Connect AS SYSDBA and execute dbms_metadata_util.load_stylesheets to reload the stylesheets.

执行如下：
SQL> execute dbms_metadata_util.load_stylesheets;

PL/SQL procedure successfully completed.

SQL>

再次导出成功
[oracle@sztech dumpdir]$ expdp system/oracle directory=dump_dir dumpfile=dmpfile.dmp transport_tablespaces=tb1;
