After the victory of 1911 Revolution, Emperor Qing abdicated and the Republic of China was founded. At the time of the founding of the Republic of China, because the currency system had not yet been established, most of the major mints still used the former Qing steel mould to make coins for circulation. At that time, Sichuan changed into Sichuan Copper Yuan, which had a first-class value of 200 and 500 Chinese. Subsequently, in the "temporary presidential decree", it was proposed that "new models should be published and commemorative coins should be minted". After the national government unified the coin models, the original coins ceased to be minted and issued. As a result, Sichuan Mint has a small amount of cheap Baiwen, simple shape, reasonable design, short circulation time and extremely precious.
