“大清铜币(户部)”铸造流通时间尽管只有十余年,但其鼎盛时期全国共有十七省二十局开机铸造铜圆。十七省二十局先后铸造的当十铜圆,各不相同,版式繁多。仅以明显区别划分,其版式亦有数百种之多。大清铜币"当十铜圆共有二十个省局铸造。除中央户部铸造者外,地方各省所铸铜圆,皆在其正面中央镌刻阴文或阳文省名简称。

在目前发现的大清铜币中,有乙巳、丙午、丁未(光绪三十三年,1907年)、戊申(光绪三十四年,1908年)、己酉(宣统元年,1909年)、辛亥(宣统三年,1911年)六种年号。其中丙午、丁未、巳酉为常见,而稀缺的是乙巳、戊申和辛亥。越是稀缺,则能收集的人不多,基本上收集到就不再手。反而像丙午、丙午、巳酉更加热门,其抢手热度一直很高!

大清铜钱是“名誉钱币之一”,他的背面的纹路是一条刻画的栩栩如生的神龙,铸造工艺相当精美,而且还有云海作为衬托,看起来像是神龙在遨游天际。在我国,龙一直是人们心目中的神,是民族和文化的象征,对于中国人来说,与龙有关的东西都令人感到振奋和激动。这大清铜钱的背后刻画了一条神龙因而得到了收藏家的喜爱,另外,在民间传说当中,它背面的这条龙可以给人,趋吉避凶。这种种的原因都让他成为了投资者和收藏者的爱,价格自然也是一路飙升了。

大清铜币当制钱十文,此组藏品,总重约13.6g 直径为28mm,钱币正面珠圈内铸“大清铜币”四字,正中央铸一阴文“鄂”字和“相”字,是由户部指定流通的钱币。珠圈外上端铸满文和纪年“丙午”,左右分铸“户部”二字,下端铸“当制钱十文”,钱文清晰,字体挺拔俊秀,端正工整。背面珠圈外上铸“光绪年造”四字,和“宣统年造”,周围有“大清帝国铜币”的英文字样环绕。珠圈内铸有蟠龙图,神龙纹路依旧,如刀刻所成,铸造工艺神乎其技,且龙身纹路精美,并有云海衬托,威风凛凛。钱币两面经过岁月的洗礼后,纹路依然清晰,质感相当好,整体美观大方。此类铜币铸造不多,辛亥革命爆发,清王朝灭亡,故铸币有限,存世稀少罕见,极具收藏价值!
